Crown of Vigor 2nd ability do nothing at activation (enchanted creature and others creatures sharing the same creature type don't get buffed)

Do any of the other Onslaught crowns work - Crown of Ascension, Crown of Awe, Crown of Fury, Crown of Suspicion? Looks like it should be all or none.
