What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Oracle of Bones ability doesn't ask mana for free spell

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

You can still cast the spell chosen for free if you hit the Cancel button though.

Was caused by missing cc[2]=1 in ct_all.csv; but that's no longer necessary in dev. Close. (And I'm out of card requests from you again.)
