[fixed/closed]Johan doesn't give vigilance

Describe the Bug:
When on the battlefield, Johan is yellow and it looks like that its "vigilance" ability can be activated, but when you try, it never really triggers.

Which card did behave improperly ?

Don't know if this is fixable, but the timing is wrong. Johan should only be triggerable at beginning of combat, not any time on your turn before combat.

Previous bugs are fixed.
But Johan 's ability to give vigilance works even when he is tapped before combat (this is certainly a bug)or
(gets tapped later on attack phase - I don't know even if this is a bug according to MTG rules is there a space between assigning attackers and getting them tapped to attack and so to respond to tap Johan? and if it is a bug if can be fixed(Manalink engine).
