[fixed/closed]Invoke Prejudice & In the Eye of Chaos

Describe the Bug:
Rather than countering the spells, it causes them to fail to resolve (i.e. return to hand). And if mana is paid it gets countered.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Invoke Prejudice and In the Eye of Chaos

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/02/18: Born of the Gods v2 - DUEL

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Spells should get countered and go to gy if x isn't paid, and work if it is.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Note: this is creating a thread for a 'known issue', but it still needs to be confirmed.

I confirm as mentioned above for Invoke Prejudice.Also shouldn't the prompt to ask for x be on the stack instead when paying for mana.

About the In the Eye of Chaos it is a bit different as if you pay the x cost the instant is played.
The problems with it are:
1- as above the prompt to ask for x is not on the stack.
2- it acts as cost increaser and it will ask you to pay the x when you select to play the card together with the normal casting cost.eg. you want to cast Unsummon you click on it and are asked to pay for {1} {U}
3- you aren't allowed to play the spell without paying the x and so go to gy.(same with Invoke Prejudice)
