[fixed/closed]madness old rules

Describe the Bug:
They use the old ruling of Madness, so with two forest and an island in play, you can play Careful Study, discard an Arrogant Wurm, play a land and the pay the Madness cost of the Wurm. Also, the "Madness Effect card" will not be destroyed if you or the AI activate a non-mana ability, which is incorrect. If you've multiple Madness Cards to be activated, respond to the activation of the first activating the second or you'll lose it.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Choice to use madness must be immediate.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

This also has been fixed probably by the last work on cycling cards and rest rules engine cards.Closed.
So happy when waitlisted bugs like this one finally gets fixed. :D
