Describe the Bug:
When you use Oath of Druids to put into play a creature with an upkeep, the upkeep triggers despite it being past the 'beginning of your upkeep'.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Upkeep should get skipped for the creature that first turn.

Will be the same for anything that puts something with an upkeep trigger into play during an upkeep trigger, or more generally anything that responds to a trigger during that trigger.

Fixed (for Oath of Druids only) in 4854779.

partially fixed. If you let Oath of Druids trigger itself then other beginning of upkeep triggers don't occur with creatures it puts in play, but if you specifically trigger Oath of Druids, then upkeep triggers for the creature put in play do occur.

Or is this intentional?

The opponent's Oath of Druids does not trigger during the player's turn as of M15 mini patch 3. i.e. if the opponent has an Oath of Druids in play, and for some reason has more creatures than you, it should trigger for you but doesn't.

The other combinations seem to work fine, if you control it and have more or less creatures, or if they control it and have less creatures.

However, they won't interact at all with stuff like Ivory Mask. Adding the check for legal targets screw the card in the way you described and I don't seems to understand why
