Describe the Bug:
Change Target ability doesn't work.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Torchling

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/02/18: Born of the Gods v2 - DUEL

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
It should work.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

That ability was never coded as it's currently impossible. We're working on similar effects (Deflection and such), but right now it's waitlisted.

Has been fixed in Return of the mummies v3 update, now closed.
