[fixed/closed]War Elmental doesn't pump itself

: War Elemental works fine but doesn't consider its own combat damage do trigger is inflatable ability. It triggers only when there are other combat or non-combat damage sources.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Whenever War Elemental deals combat damage, it should get that many +1/+1 counters.
