[fixed/closed] Blightspeaker

When I tried to tutor for Deepcavern Imp with Blightspeaker, the ability failed and the imp didn't enter the battlefield.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Either Deepcavern Imp (doesn't count as a Rebel or has wrong casting cost) or Blightspeaker (has something wrong in tutoring ability - it could get me another Blightspeaker however).
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Blightspeaker can search the library for a Rebel permanent card with converted mana cost 3 or less and put it onto the battlefield.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Other Rebels? Additionally, it looked like Blightspeakers could randomly lose the tutoring ability depending on which I clicked first.
