Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
AI's Karn Liberated used its first skill to exile Precinct Captain and its value changed to 254 rather than say 10. I only get this very rarely but thought I'd report it anyway.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Unsure.

Fairly certain it used the second ability, not the first, to exile; this was useable even if Karn didn't have enough loyalty counters, which ended up wrapping its loyalty around to 255ish in BNGv2 and earlier, and just removed however many counters it did have in dev. Fixed in d96c1c1.
