AI at least can use the regeneration ability of Varolz, the Scar-Striped without sacrificing a creature.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Varolz, the Scar-Striped regeneration works only if you sacrifice another creature
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
