Describe the Bug:
Jace, Memory Adept raise counters if ability cancelled
Which card did behave improperly ?
Jace, Memory Adept
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/02/18: Born of the Gods v2 - DUEL
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Jace, Memory Adept no raise counters if ability cancelled
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Others Jace don't have a cancel button so no issue
Others PW like Tamiyo don't have this issue so must be card specific

The problem happens not when you select to use Jace, Memory Adept and then cancel from the first menu that asks you what ability you want to use But Only when you select thefirst ability "draw & mill" and then when the new menu appears asking "target a player" and you cancel then you get free loyalty counter.
