[fixed/closed]Cranial Plating &others have extra menu

Cranial Plating has this extra and misleading menu (see shot) that appears when you want to attach it to a creature after you select the activation way to pay the cost (normal/instant). It works fine if you click done but one can be confused and spend unnecessary mana.

No other menu.
