Decompose ask twice for up to 3 cards in target gy and resolve to nothing

Decompose ask once for up to 3 cards in target gy and exile them

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Seems to be card specific because Rag Dealer works fine

Asks for target player twice as well.

Will affect Rapid Decay, too; what they're doing is rerunning targeting during resolution instead of resolving. Fixed fb59bb4.
