[fixed/closed]Goblin Warchief gives haste tomorphed goblins

When I control Goblin Warchief and play a goblin creature with morph face down, the latter has haste.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Goblin Warchief (doubt it's the face down crits, because Goblin Chieftain doesn't grant them haste)
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Goblin creatures with morph are granted haste by Goblin Warchief only when they're face up.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
