Describe the Bug:
When a creature card used as commander is named for Nevermore, the former can still be "cast".

Which card did behave improperly ?
Nevermore or commander casting

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
April 17 2014, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The named card can't be cast.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly also occurs when naming a card used as commander with Meddling Mage, Council of the Absolute or Voidstone Gargoyle .

Possibly also occurs when preventing the casting of spells via Silence, Orim's Chant or Iona, Shield of Emeria .

Possibly also occurs when cards like Rule of Law, Ethersworn Canonist or Arcane Laboratory prevent the casting of spells.

That's strange, since the EDH code look at 'get_updated_casting_cost', which incorporate all the exceptions you mentioned...

On this screenshot, you can see I am not allowed to cast any of the spells in my hand due to the Arcane Laboratory in play and the fact I just cast a Sol Ring. I can still cast my Commander, though.

Well, I fixed the bug of Nevermore / Meddling Mage (they share the same code) in aa83b9b

As of CoRM15, Nevermore, Voidstone Gargoyle and Meddling Mage affect commanders properly.

Rule of Law and Arcane Laboratory don't count commanders as cast spells. Should I file a separate report?
