Describe the Bug:
When activating Cinderhaze Wretch 's second activated abiliy, a -1/-1 counter is put on it, but it doesn't untap.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Cinderhaze Wretch

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I confirm the bug, the first ability doesn't work either.You select target player goes to stack and then no discard.
