Describe the Bug:
This is merely cosmetic, but when Captain of the Mists ' activated ability is activated, it prompts the player to "select target creature", although any permanent can be targetted.

Plenty of stuff wrong with him that's not cosmetic. The human trigger isn't mandatory; it triggers for itself coming into play (e.g. with Kismet); and it forces you to tap its target if it's untapped at resolution and vice-versa, instead of allowing a choice. Fixed in c8ead7c.
