Describe the Bug:
Mishra's Factory 's pump ability can't be used to give an animated Mutavault +1/+1 until end of turn.
I guess this is due to Factory not really checking for other Assembly Workers, but just for animated Factories? I know it's one of the cards originally coded by Mircroprose and most likely still in ASM, so not sure if this is fixable.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
An animated Mutavault is an Assembly Worker and therefore can be targetted by Mishra's Factory 's pump ability.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Most likely affects all creatures with changeling, Adaptive Automaton and Mistform Ultimus as well as cards changing a creature's type (Conspiracy, Imagecrafter, Mistform creatures, Xenograft, Standardize, Unnatural Selection).

Mutavault is affected by cards that pump specific creature types, so it does have all creature types.
A Mishra's Factory can not pump an Adaptive Automaton that is an Assembly-Worker.

Mishra's Factory still uses the exe version; the only things it can pump are animated Mishra's Factories and tokens made by Urza's Factory .

It's using our C code now. Consider this fixed.

As of CoRM15 mini, Mishra's Factory can pump Assembly Worker creature tokens put onto the battlefield by Urza's Factory, Adaptive Automaton and creatures with changeling, including animated Mutavaults, so this is fixed.
There's two new bugs that might or might not be related to this fix.
