Does not ask for X, either normal casting or flashback.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Increasing Confusion

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Should have X in the casting cost.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

This has to got broken with the last update or with February patch,it was working fine at least just before the February patch.
