Describe the Bug:
Ensouled Scimitar doesn't give you the opportunity to use it's equip ability.It will always ask for 3 & turn into a creature.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Ensouled Scimitar

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/04/17: Apr14

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

But it can be equipped via Brass Squire.
