When Golgari Brownscale is returned from its owner's graveyard to his/her hand via Tortured Existence 's activated ability, that player doesn't gain 2 life.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Golgari Brownscale is put into its owner's hand from his/her graveyard, that player gains 2 life.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Probably also occurs when using other Raise Dead effect cards like for example Grim Harvest, Phyrexian Reclamation, Gravedigger, Adun Oakenshield, Empty the Catacombs, Underworld Cerberus, Urborg Uprising or Eternal Witness .
