[fixed/closed]Spell Pierce counters spell even if you pay

When cast by the AI, Spell Pierce seems to counter the spell regardless of whether or not you pay the 2 mana.
In the attached save game, try casting a Battle of Wits. The AI will Spell Pierce it and it will always be canceled regardless of your mana available.
