Describe the Bug:
Rapid Decay can't be cycled.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Rapid Decay

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Rapid Decay can be cycled.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also at least targeting owners graveyard:
1- Rapid Decay doesn't exile the selected cards (tried with 3)
2- After you cast it and select graveyard & then cards to exile Rapid Decay like it gets cast again & re-asks for target graveyard & cards to exile

Original bug's because it needs 4 in the cc[2] column of ct_all.csv. I've currently got custody, and will put it in.

The new bugs are duplicates.
