[fixed-available*]Stoic Angel+Rubinia Soulsinger force untap

Describe the Bug:
Stoic Angel 's static ability prompts the player to choose a creature to untap when the only tapped creature that player controls is Rubinia Soulsinger . Thus, the player can't choose not to untap Rubinia when Stoic Angel is on the battlefield.

When I tested Stoic Angel + Coffin Queen and the latter was my only tapped creature, a selection popup appeared during untap step, asking me whether I wanted to untap Queen or not.
Then I tried Angel + Merieke Ri Berit and Angel didn't prompt me to untap her.
So it seems to be specifically related to Rubinia Soulsinger (and maybe other similiar cards I haven't tested).

Which card did behave improperly ?
Rubinia Soulsinger or Stoic Angel

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
April 17 2014, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Stoic Angel 's static ability doesn't force Rubinia Soulsinger 's controller to untap it.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
There's more creatures with the voluntary untap ability, like for example Preacher, Old Man of the Sea, Hivis of the Scale, Rust Tick or Sand Squid, but I have only tested the scenarios mentioned above.

Stoic Angel just forwards to Smoke . And it affects Winter Orb with e.g. Bottomless Vault, too. There's a preliminary decompilation here.

Merieke Ri Berit wasn't affected because she has "doesn't untap", not "you may choose not to untap".

Yeah, I just checked that interaction to see whether Angel used some kind of workaround, e.g. simply enforcing the selection/indirect targetting of a tapped creature, which would have been an alternative explanation for the flawed interaction with Rubinia, albeit in contradiction to the result of the Coffin Queen test. Queen working correctly could have been due to "stack" order, after all.

I added a workaround for this in the new code for cards like Static Orb, it will be available as soon as the recoded cards from Unlimited are.
