Describe the Bug:
Stonehorn Dignitary doesn't cause the opponent to skip their next combat. An orange effect card appears when it ETBs, but only when played in your precombat main phase, and it only lasts until the end of your own combat phase.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
I'm guessing that the orange effect card should last through the end of the opponent's next combat phase, causing them to skip said.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly Blinding Angel.

The problem maybe is that it was put to see Blinding Angel's code according to this and the 2 effects have been messed? : viewtopic.php?f=110&t=4108&p=118004&hilit=Stonehorn+Dignitary#p118016

I confirm the report and to clarify if you play Stonehorn Dignitary in second main phase the effect card doesn't even appear.
