Describe the Bug:
A nonland card exiled with Mind's Desire can be cast without paying its mana cost an infinite number of times on the turn Mind's Desire has been cast. For example if Mind's Desire exiled a Mana Crypt, I can click on the respective effect card and choose to cast Mana Crypt as often as I want and a new copy of Mana Crypt will enter the battlefield each time I do that.
Mind's Desire used to work fine not long ago (must've been either PTT or BNG when I last used it). If I remember correctly, it used to reveal all cards exiled with it first (which it doesn't anymore) and then created a single effect card that, when clicked, opened a card selection popup allowing the player to choose which exiled card to play. Now, it creates an effect card for each exiled card and these stay highlit after their respective cards have been cast.
Effect cards like these that are created for exiled lands can't be used more than once aka they're not highlit anymore once a land has been played (no matter whether from hand or from one of those effect cards).
On an unrelated note, these new effect cards also make it harder to cast the exiled cards in a specific order. You have to click each of those effect cards and then use the cancel option in order to see which exiled card it refers to.

MindDes1.zip- Just use the Mystic Tutor in hand to fetch Mind's Desire during upkeep. For some reason Mana Vault has to be clicked after Lotus Bloom has entered the battlefieldin order for the game to proceed to draw phase.

On the unrelated note, I agree that not having the effect cards labelled is a usability nightmare, but we can't currently change effect card title and text on activateable effects. Open another bug for it and I'll try to come up with something eventually.

Is partly fixed now that an effect card vanishes once the spell related to it has resolved. The player can still stack exiled instants/interrupts/flash permanents (and due to this bug that means anything but lands as of JOU v1) indefinitely, though. Safest way would be to remove the respective effect card as soon as an exiled spell goes onto the stack. If that's possible to code, that is.

Well, I fixed the "permanents at instant speed" bug mentioned in the other thread, so probably this is fixed too.

I think the issue was with instants, not permanents, so that fix probably doesn't fix this.

I added another safeguard as 4dae11b, it should be fine now.
