[fixed/closed]Mistveil Plains hates first card in grave

When Mistveil Plains ' nonmana ability is active (two white permanents controlled by its controller), trying to activate it targetting the first / bottommost card in its controller's graveyard doesn't do anything. The mana used for the ability is rejected back to pool, Mistveil Plains stays untapped and the targetted card remains in the graveyard.
