Describe the Bug:
When Jötun Owl Keeper dies, no matter whether by combat damage, destroy spells/efefcts, sacrificing, or refusing to pay its cumulative upkeep cost, no bird tokens are put onto the battlefield.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Jötun Owl Keeper dies, a number of bird tokens equal to the number of age counters on Jötun Owl Keeper is put onto the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I think this is a duplicate; even if not, it would have been affected by that bug, too. I'm out of time now, but I'll doublecheck tonight before releasing the patch.

Yup, it's working after that fix.
