Describe the Bug:
When Stony Silence is on the battlefield, Chromatic Lantern can't be used to have for example Thawing Glaciers produce mana.

Most likely this is due to the workaround method/approximation used for Lantern, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Prismatic Omen, so probably not a bug per se, but a flawed interaction nonetheless.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Stony Silence only affects Chromatic Lantern's activated ability, not its static one.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Not going to say fixed, because approximations are the devil, but loss of activated abilities won't affect these cards anymore as of 9782ee8.

Still can't be used when Stony Silence is in play.

Fixed in c5c06e2
