Describe the Bug:
Bassara Tower Archer doesn't have reach.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Bassara Tower Archer

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Bassara Tower Archer has reach.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Well, that's irritating. The flag was in the file I sent to Sonic and in the one I use to verify the completed csvs; we both missed it. Marked for update.

Still ct_all and csv values missing so no reach for Bassara Tower Archer.
