Describe the Bug:
Teferi's Realm can't be cast.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Teferi's Realm

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Teferi's Realm can be cast.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Affects about half of the Enchant World cards implemented in C. Though, now that I look at them closer, most of those aren't enabled, either. Sigh. We needed to rewrite enchant_world() anyway; no time like the present.

(Only four of them left in the exe, might as well redo those, too.)
