Describe the Bug:
Disrupting Scepter activated ability cost 0 mana.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Disrupting Scepter

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink Update 2014/05/06: Journey into Nyx, Duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Disrupting Scepter activated ability should cost 3 mana.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
