No, Storm Seeker works correctly.

Have you checked Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded 's -4?

Tibalt works.

Confirmed it uses Stupor code address so it discards like it.

The card and its double Storm Seeker was recently recoded, consider this fixed.

The problem isn't that they were recoded (which was done before the patch), it's that Stupor was too, and I made Sudden Impact a clone of Stupor instead of Storm Seeker. Marked for update, in any case.
