Describe the Bug:
If Volatile Rig dies no flip coin is done.It just makes or assumes? it lost flip and deals always (at least at 4-5 times I tested)4 damage to players and creatures.(1st ability/flip coin works fine)

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If Volatile Rig dies the coin is flipped and only if controller Loses coin flip it deals damage.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

EDIT: Thanks again Korath for the flip coin animation to all these non-original cards I can't say how much I love to see the animation and the difference it makes to playing those cards.

Fixed in 73abfbc

The flip coin thing is fixed.
There is a bug that makes specific Volatile Rig to not attack every time.If a Volatile Rig is forced to attack the first time it will be forced to attack each time if it isn't forced to attack the first time it will not be forced at whole game (which is what happens in most cases). What makes few to obey to rule and most not I couldn't figure out.

Fixed & closed now.
