Condemn puts the targetted creature on top of its owner's library if that creature is controlled by its owner's opponent.
Tested with Threads of Disloyalty and Vedalken Shackles
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Condemn puts the targetted creature on the bottom of its owner's library.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly Bant Charm and Proteus Staff
