[fixed/close]Sunspring Expedition counter mandatory & others

Whenever a land enters the battlefield under Sunspring Expdedition's controller's control, a counter is put on Sunspring Expedition. Its controller can't choose not to put a counter on it.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Sunspring Expedition's controller can choose not to put a counter on it when a land enters teh battlefield under his/her control.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Possibly other Quests & Expeditions
