[fixed/clos]Kiora, the Crashing Wave+Dack Fayden legend rule

Describe the Bug:
When a player controls Dack Fayden and Kiora. the Crashing Wave enters the battefield under his/her control or vice versa, the game prompts him/her to sacrifice either of the two.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Kiora, the Crashing Wave or Dack Fayden

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
There is no interaction between Dack and Kiora regarding the legend rule.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

They do have the same subtype values for "kiora" in Manalink.csv type values.Which is what the legend rules searches for I guess.

I think this maybe may bad. I've seemingly used the same individual subtype code for Kiora and Dack. I'll have to set up a new code for Dack to stop them conflicting.

Also, just noticed Kiora's bracketed loyalty number in the manalink.xls file Type Text field is missing.
