[fixed/closed]Copies trigger "whenever you cast"

When a spell is copied by cards like Mirari or Melek, Izzet Paragon, the copy put onto the stack triggers triggered abilities that read "whenever you cast[...]" or "whenever a player casts [...]". Tested this with Talrand, Sky Summoner, Sphinx-Bone Wand and Spellshock.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Copies of spells
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Copies put onto the stack are not considered cast.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Probably also occurs when copying spells with spells like Twincast or Reverberate.
Could possibly effect creatures with the Heroic ability like Favored Hoplite.
