Describe the Bug:
Mogg Maniac's triggered ability can target its controller.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Mogg Maniac

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Mogg Maniac's triggered ability can only target its controller's opponent(s).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It shouldn't ask for target opponent at all as we have only 1 opponent.

Yeah, but if it doesn't ask for a target, it would be able to circumvent player shroud/hexproof, wouldn't it?

It mean circumvent only the prompt = sub-menu not the targeting itself.
