Describe the Bug:
If IA controls Oath of Lieges and the player activates it during his upkeep, IA gets to fetch a land instead of the player.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The player should be able to search for a land instead of IA.

All Oaths from Exodus went into intensive recoding as thay all ingnored the opponent targeting, all is fixed as aa425e3

Only issue now is that it is mandatory, not triggered.
