Describe the Bug:
When a creature with power 3 or greater enters the battlefield under Garruk's Packleader's controller's control, that player draws a card.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Garruk's Packleader

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When a creature with power 3 or greater enters the battlefield under Garruk's Packleader's controller's control, that player may draw a card.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
