Describe the Bug:
When I use Incinerate on a creature with a toughness of 3 or less and target creature has the ability to regenerate it still regenerates even when Incinerate states "a creature dealt damage this way can't be regenerated this turn".
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Incinerate deals it's 3 damage to target creature with a toughness of 3 or less that has the ability to regenerate that creature should be destroyed and not regenerate.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
No.

The "forbid regeneration" will work only with cards coded in C.
All the old cards will be recoded soon, so this bug is already fixed in dev.
