[fixed/closed]Mind Over Matter patronizes controller
by Nexhro » 21 May 2014, 23:13
Describe the Bug:
Mind Over Matter doesn't let its controller choose whether to tap or untap the targeted permanent. If the targeted permanent is tapped upon resolution of the ability, it becomes untapped and vice versa.
This makes using infinite combos involving the card much more comfortable, but also messes up a wide array of possible plays. For example: I'd like to tap the AI's Prodigal Sorcerer in order to prevent it from blocking one of my creatures. AI taps Tim in response, dealing one damage to me. Mind Over Matter's ability resolves and untaps the Sorcerer.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Mind Over Matter
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Mind Over Matter's controller gets to choose whether to tap or untap the targeted permanent.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Same with Pestermite

Both Pestermite and Mind Over Matter work fine as of CoRM15 mini.
