When activating Spirit Shield's ability you have to tap 3 mana instead of 2.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You should only have to tap 2 mana instead of 3 to activate Spirit Shield's ability.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
