You are asked if you'd like to (and you can) remove a counter even if there are no counters on it.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
You should only be able to remove a counter and gain a life if there is a counter on it.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
