[fixed/closed]Searing Wind can't target creatures

Describe the Bug:
When attempting to cast Searing Wind targeting a creature, the help text reads "illegal target (where)".
Which card did behave improperly ?
Searing Wind
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Searing Wind can target creatures.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
