Describe the Bug:
Reforge the Soul's miracle cost can't be paid / doesn't trigger.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Reforge the Soul

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Reforge the Soul can be cast for its miracle cost.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
