When Dream Halls is on the battlefield and a player casts a spell by discarding a card that shares a color with said spell, the discarded card is exiled.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Dream Halls is on the battlefield and a player casts a spell by discarding a card that shares a color with said spell, the discarded card is put into its owner's graveyard.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
