Describe the Bug:
Sorin's Vengeance can be cast any time its owner could cast an instant.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Sorin's Vengeance

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
JOU v1, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Sorin's Vengeance can be cast at sorcery speed.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bad data in "ct_all".
